Ulster County's $475M annual budget is live at munibudgets.com — featuring a Sankey flow diagram with 3-level drill-down, year-over-year analysis, variance explorer, and department line-item detail. Built as a multi-tenant SaaS: adding a new municipality requires only their budget data and a one-line config entry.

Deployed on Railway with Supabase and DuckDB.

UCFairTax.com

Advocacy and public-education site for a proposed progressive county income surcharge.

An informational website supporting S.10532/A.11460 — legislation that would authorize Ulster County to levy a surcharge on high earners as an alternative to regressive property and sales taxes. Live at ucfairtax.com, the site features an interactive tax calculator with a visual pie chart breakdown, stacked-area income tables that put the surcharge in the context of total taxable income, and a press and take-action section. Built with Next.js 15, deployed on Railway with Cloudflare DNS. Tax math is based on 2026 NYS IT-201 brackets; the surcharge formula is auditable in the open-source lib layer.

Live at guidedreps.com, it uses Claude to build personalized starter routines from a short questionnaire and, for Pro members, a calibrated 12-week strength program that adapts as you progress. Built as a full SaaS product: Supabase auth and cloud sync, Stripe subscriptions with a free tier, offline support, and a growth-funnel analytics dashboard — all deployed on Railway.
